There are enormous number of patients with Sleep Apnea globally.
Do you know that many individuals with Sleep Apnea may be unaware of their own condition?
In result, many go undiagnosed or untreated.
Let me illustrate with numbers.
According to a literature-based analysis*, 936 million adults aged 30-69 years have mild to severe Sleep Apnea globally but 80-90% go undiagnosed or untreated. It is not an exaggeration to say that patients diagnosed with Sleep Apnea are just the tip of the iceberg.

Symptoms of Sleep Apnea are loud snoring, episodes in which you stop breathing during sleep, gasping for air during sleep and so on. Check your breathing during sleep if you are a little worried about these symptoms. Detecting early signs of disease makes you avoiding not only Sleep Apnea but also the severity of other diseases.
